Keep following tutorials and psds and learn things, the simpler the tut, the better, then you can move on to more advanced tuts as you go.

When he want's to be he's good, but his sigs are usually repetitive and look bland, he pumps out a really good sig every 30, you just need try new things each time, and when you find a style...keep trying new things.
Too many people get comfortable with one style then all their work looks the same, just try new stuff haha.
