I bet Kershaw gets worse from here on out. Teams will figure him out this year and the NL isn't nearly as <Censored>ty as it was before.

Money says an NL wins the World Series this year...

And probably the All Star Game

I'll bet all of my posts that neither of those happen... Anyone here got the cojones to take my bet?

NL baseball is ass.

you guys are mad sleeping on Kershaw

he's the Dodgers ace. he's starting opening day
i know i can be a homer sometimes, but he is seriously legit.

he's only 22 btw.
it's not like he's JA Happ or Wandy Rodriguez and had a fluky year

I'm just so in' depressed I just can seem to get out this slump
If I could just get over this hump
But I need something to pull me out this dump I took my bruises, took my lumps
Fell down and I got right back up But I need that spark to get psyched back up
In order for me to pick the mic back up I don't know how I pry away
And I ended up in this position I'm in I starting to feel distant again

NL baseball is ass.

world series is way too far to talk about

but the NL has better hitters and pitchers. with a DH, they can win it. it's an all-star game, who knows
btw, i cant wait for the ASG. The NL has a lethal, young, OF hopefully.

That's pretty much the most ignorant thing I've heard in a long time.

You're basically saying the All-Star game should only consist of the best players from playoff teams.

How ironic is that coming from a Cardinal fan. Pujols juices, Horribleday can't field, Carpenter overachieved but I'll admit your stadium is a solid redeeming quality.

EDIT: ASG doesn't lie.

lmao Carp overachieved
dude's been an ace since he got to St. Louis, even won a CY in 2005

and lol about the ASG.
it's an exhibition, who cares.
since 2000, the WS winner has come from the AL 6 times and the NL 4. sure the AL has the lead, but it's not quite overwhelming. Yes the AL has been better for a while, but things are finally starting to change. take a look around. IMO the NL is more talented right now

Dodgers will win the NL a title thanks to Jamey Carroll.

Carroll is a good utility player. Albert Belle isn't playing any where, he use to be an Indian, would fit right in.

I don't get why most people aren't giving Greinke the benefit of the doubt. Sure, it's going to be hard to match what he did last season but people forget that, pre-head case days, he was a very good young pitcher before too. IDK about him repeating but I wouldn't write him off just yet.

He'll compete for it but no one wants to see a repeat unless you're a fan of the team the player is on.
